Each ornament is completely hand-made using high-quality polymer clay. Although I do have some teeny cookie cutters, I use no molds. As a result each ornament has slightly different facial expressions, folds and drapes. Although I do my best to stay somewhat consistent, none of the details are totally alike. Each ornament has its own "personality". Plus my fingerprints are all over them. I like it that way. Keep in mind that as strong as this clay is, there is always a possibility that the ornaments can be broken. For instance, if a child or pet plays with it, or if it is dropped on a wood floor, or if it is handled roughly, your Itti-Bitti ornament WILL BREAK. Please handle with care. Because I like the hand-made process, I have to limit my orders somewhat, and ask for your patience. I would be flattered, of course, if you LOVED Itti-Bitties and wanted to order 2,000 ornaments...BUT. There is only so much I can do within a given time. For instance, I'll need up to 4 weeks to make a 200 piece order of any single style of ornament. There is only one of me. Most general orders should be shipped within 10 days if the items are in stock. I will notify you of any backorders or problems.

Charges for shipping and handling via regular UPS are $4.00 for orders under $25. Free shipping for orders of $25 and up. For overnight service, or 2-Day air service, (approximately a $25-$35 charge) please email me ahead of time so we can arrange that. I will also have to make specific shipping charges and arrangements for any out of country shipments. We can talk about that.
Although I do my best, sometimes these ornaments can get damaged during shipping. You can return the damaged item up to 30 days after the shipment date. I will be happy to exchange that item for another item of equal value at no charge for return shipping. No returns for refund on any products.
